These terms cover use of Bille Bus's transportation service and the communications that go with it.

The service

Bille Bus carries students between agreed addresses and schools on the days and times arranged with the school or district. Schedules can change for reasons outside our control — weather, road conditions, mechanical faults — and we will tell you as soon as we can when they do.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate addresses and contact details, and tell us when they change.
Have the student ready at the agreed pickup time.
Tell us as early as you can when a student will not be travelling.

Text messages

If you opt in, Bille Bus sends SMS about student transportation: trip confirmations, pickup and drop-off updates, delays and cancellations. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving transportation service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information — in short, we do not share it with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cancellations

Cancellation and no-show terms are set in the agreement with the school or district that arranges the transportation.

Liability

We carry the insurance required for student transportation in the states we operate in. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
