Bille Bus provides student transportation. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

Contact details you give us: name, mobile number, email and address.
Student details needed to carry a child safely: name, school, pickup and drop-off addresses, and any accommodations you tell us about.
Trip records: scheduled and actual pickup and drop-off times, and vehicle location while a trip is running.

How we use it

To plan and run transportation and to keep you informed about it.
To contact you about a specific trip — a delay, a cancellation, an arrival.
To meet our record-keeping obligations to the school district we serve.

Mobile information and SMS

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, and are used solely to send you the transportation messages you asked for.

We use your mobile number only to send transportation alerts from Bille Bus: trip confirmations, pickup and drop-off updates, delays and cancellations. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving transportation service.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the school or district responsible for the student, the driver assigned to the trip, and the service providers who operate our systems on our behalf (for example, our messaging provider, which delivers the texts you have opted into). We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Trip and consent records are kept while service continues and for as long as our agreement with the district requires afterwards. A record that you asked us to stop texting you is kept so that we honour it.

Your choices

Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
